HIADS wardrobe change to making NHS scrubs

All hands on deck for the NHS!

Our wonderful wardrobe ladies have been hard at work creating scrubs/gowns for the NHS.

An NHS gown, as modelled by the lovely John Sommerville.

Linda MacDonald said "Basically this is all being instigated and organised by one of the Hayling Helpers in response to an urgent call from the health centre requiring scrubs, gowns and scrub bags.

Ladies of all skills are pulling together to not only sew but create patterns, get them copied and distributed along with fabric and notions.
All fabric used must be washable at 60° and donations of sheets and duvets are urgently required for these projects.
These can be taken to the Hayling Helpers hub at the community centre (which is open 9am til 4pm).

This is a massive logistical exercise to help our local NHS."

So well done to everyone involved (I don't have all the names to hand). And if you have spare, washable at 60°, fabric, please get it round to the Hayling Helpers Hub at the community Centre.
