Audition: Ever After

The secret's out!

We’re excited to announce our 2025 summer show: 'Ever After' – where bedtime stories go hilariously off-script.

When a parent with zero imagination attempts family storytelling, nonsense and chaos are the order of the day. Neighbours become unwilling royalty, teachers turn into billy goats, and the postman makes a surprisingly good Big Bad Wolf – while three very opinionated children add their own special brand of mayhem.

Come along to the theatre on Saturday, 26th April at 11am, where Chloe and I (James) will reveal all the details. Hot drinks and biscuits provided.

Rehearsals will run through July and August – and being sketch-based, there's no worry if you need to pop off on holiday for part of it. Performances will be 28th-31st August (two evening shows, two matinees).

This isn't an audition – we'll tailor roles to fit whoever wants to be involved, on stage or behind the scenes.

Just turn up on Saturday. (If you can, Let James or Chloe know you're coming (email Chairman or Treasurer @stationtheatre.co.uk) — no commitment, we'd just like to know how many biscuits to buy!)
